Welcoming a new baby can come with lots of questions. This class is meant to equip you with a basic understanding of Infant care. This class is ideal for new and expectant parents and postpartum doulas looking to further their understanding of infant care. In this 2.5 hour class we will cover topics like:

  • What to expect in the first few weeks postpartum with your baby

  • How to prepare your space for baby

  • Soothing and sowing the seed of sacred sleep

  • Developmental milestones

  • Baby feeding basics

  • Swaddling and baby wearing

    ***Those registering can bring one partner or support person.***

    This is an in-person offering that takes place at Gill Tract Community Farm in Albany, CA.
