The Foodie Doula program
The Foodie Doula Program aims to reduce perinatal food insecurity and improve maternal health outcomes in underserved and BIPOC communities by delivering nutrient-dense meals to birthing people in San Francisco, Contra Costa, and Alameda County.
The Foodie Doula Program sources organic produce and humanely raised animal byproducts, from local BIPOC farmers, and its own Foodie Doula Urban Market Garden, to produce nutrient-rich soups, stews, and specialty items that are designed to promote perinatal health and wellness.
